Company Background
Group Members International LLC (GMI) is a privately funded marketing/social media company based in Connecticut and founded by John A. Monteleone, an early social networking pioneer. GroupMembersInternational (GMI) began in July of 2006 and developed a social networking platform utilizing customized open source software, components, and tools, to create unique niche social networking communities for the development of new marketing opportunities. As a marketing company, GMI takes a business approach to social networking and adds the needed business mindset and values to make niche communities profitable using multiple revenue generating program while focusing on useability, scalability of traffic, connections, and content/media storage.
This platform is based on secure, tested and proven, core open source technology architectures that incorporate varied and robust functionality. Our first products are DebateOurFuture, GrownUpsOnline, Rightcosm, ArgoLinx, and Angel Employees. GMI is currently seeking seed funding to create and integrate new dynamic functionality as well as new and unique revenue generation models.

Social media provides a platform for working together for common and individual interests within various contexts.
Management Team
John A. Monteleone (CEO) brings over 40 years of business experience after a 22 year career with the DuPont Company holding 14 professional and managerial positions of increasing responsibility in a wide array of disciplines including; Accounting & Finance, Quality Control, Management Information Systems, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Materials Management, Distribution and Marketing. He was also a leader in the company’s Business Re-engineering efforts in the mid-80s.

John Britt Donovan (Executive Director) has worked for over 40 years as a senior-level communications professional with expertise in speech writing, corporate communications, and public relations management and is leader of a regular forum that brought business people together with diplomats from 35 nations. John is a published author and highly experienced public speaker with specialized experience in the areas of international investment and trade.
